P2431 CHEVROLET - replaced air valve, checked pump-ok, replaced pump relay

09 chevy trailblazer with code P2431...After recommended changes were made the battery was disconnected but this code P2431 is still present after a drive and shutdown. restart and its right back. the list of parts keeps growing with no resolve?

Disconnecting the battery will not erase the code It may take up to 3 consecutive ignition cyclethat the diagnostic runs and does not fail. A diagnostic history clears after 40 cosecutive warm up cycle,if no failure are reported,antoher way to clear it is the use of a scan tool
