P1800 NISSAN -2002 nissan maxima is loosing power. p 1800 code is coming up

Question

changed the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor already and the car is still loosing power. The p 1800 code is coming up. Would this fix the problem of the car loosing power?

P1800 VIA control solenoid valve

The VIAS control solenoid cuts the intake manifold vacuum signal for power valve control,When the ECM turns on the feeds vacuum to the power actuator valve ,a good known subsitute solenoid or better yet replace the solenoid if possible, you already paid for cam and crankand this solenoid always fails so make it a hobby to replace
