P0466 - where is the purge flow sensor and how can i fix it

Question

please tell me where the purge flow sensor is on a 2004 chevy silverado and how i can fix it.i just put a new emmissions evaporater vent cylinoid circut and everything was fine so i went back to emissions and they said i had to drive the vehichle for 2 weeks so today is when engine light came back on and code p0466 is what came up when scanned.any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

It is on top of the intake near the throttle body. Look at the picture below.
