what does this code mean. my fuel milliage is very poor

P20BA Heater circuit "A" what it means is glow plug, not heating up either you will have replace some glow plugs or all, it means that the controller has a high input in other words not turning on, This can be the controller itself a bad connection to a open fuse for the glow plug controller I can almost gaurantee the fix will pay for itself,other than that your just dumping fuel
