P0720 INFINITI g2o year 2000 fix?

P0720 Infinity G20 year 2000.
Check engine light has been on for awhile. Engine runs rough -esecially in wet weather. It also gets stuck in first gear sometimes. Could this code be related to both problems and how do I fix it?

P0720 output speed sensor, this is the VSS (vehicle speed sensor the ECM uses it to shift gears, as for the rough run especially in wet weather gives it away as ignition misfire,the rough run doesnt have to code up,there is a misfire counter that the ECM uses when it reaches a determined value it codes up.You are dealing with 2 seperate issue
