Have 2000 Pontiac Grand AM with 3.4 motor. Getting code B1379 what is the problem?

2000 Pontiac Grand AM, 95,000 miles. When I start the car sometimes the electrial does not work, windoes,fan motor,dash lights,door locks. The code B1379 comes up. What can be the problem?
