I paid to have installed a new (aftermarket) o2 sensor to fix my car's SES light, 2 days ago. (i don't remember the original engine code but we determined it was the upstream front right sensor...)

The SES light turned back on the next day with a code of P2A00.

My mechanic says now that some cars have fuse boxes for the o2 sensors and i could have a blown fuse and need to find the fuse box. Does this sound right for the G37s coupe?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Yes, the O2 sensors have fuse. The fuses are in the IPDM.

Every time you change the O2 sensors you have to clear the mixture self-learning control data. Instructions here: 2003-2012 Infiniti G Sedan Clear Mixture Ratio Self-Learning Control Data
