hyundai 2006 p0600 code, serial communication link. .what does that mean.

the check engine light is not on.  I connected an Ultragauge to the obd 11 in order to monitor my mpg & it is telling me that p0600 code is pending.(the Ultragauge allows me to do this). Please help me.

This code means one of the control modules on the lan system is not communicating, or it sees not enough lines to communicate on.

Basically, the ECM sees the Ultragauge as another module and it isn't picking it up. It's not happy about it, so it is trying to set the code.
