2002 Ford F150 4.6L with code P0316 #5 Cylinder Misfire swapped injector and coil, any suggestions?

why did you swap coil #5? first try to use high octane gas 91 or 93 from shell or chevron with a good fuel injector cleaner additive which might clean a dirty injector  

 

P0316 is most likely

 -Fuel Quality (low octane gas)

- Faulty Crankshaft Position (CKP)

- Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor harness is open or shorted

- Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor circuit poor electrical connection
