I have a CP9125 OBD II PocketScan and while using it I have some codes that show up twice but also have a symbol behind it like Pd. Pluse after the codes it reads mil on, Monitrs, Catlyst, 7 Ready, Misfire, fule, comp, Evap, o2 snsr, o2 htr, EGR

Vehicle: 2000 GMC Jimmy 4wd 4.3

What you are looking at is what they refer to asReadiness ,Monitor Test status., You have a continous and non continous, Each vehicle manufactuer has a unique monitor test criteria, The readiness test status indicates whether aparticular diagnostic monitor or function passed its specific test criteria and was found to be within specification, By the way you have a good scan tool
