I have a 2000 Ford Expedition with a 4.6 engine. About a year ago number 4 plug blowed out of the head. I bought a helicoil kit and installed it into number 4 and its ran good til today. The pop come back today as i was coming home. It got really bad as i got home. I tried to remove the plug in number four, but i can get a socket on it. I did manage to get my finger on top of it and the plug was wobbling and felt like it was sitting at a angle in the plug port. Can the helicoil be replaced again or is it something worse?

It depends on the condition of the the spar plug hole. It's possible that the Helicoil was not properly installed and it came out. You have to re examining the condition of the spark plug thread and possible reinstalled the Helicoil. You should also consider removing the cylinder head and have a machine shop fix the thread for you.
