P0301, #1 cylinder misfie, 1997 GMC 4.3

Question

I have a 1997 GMC Jimmy 2wd, 4.3 Vortec, I changed the intake manifold gasket and now I have this code for #1 cylinder misfire, I changed the plug, wire, cap and rotor, but I still have service engine light on

check injectors try injector service if still having problem do compression test / cylinder leak down test
