P0193 FORD - 2004 explore

Question

my 2004 ford explore is having troulbe starting some times. I am getting the code PO193. once i get it started it runs fine. what could be wrong?

P0193 This the fuel pressure sensor,once this code appears replace the fuel pressure  sensor,Here is how it works Fule pump at one time had a pressure regulator,that kept a constant fuel pressure and gave constat fuel when the demands for fuel was needed and limited when demads where not needed,This was vacuum controled.Now there is a fuel pressure rail sensor,how it works is the same,when the demand for fuel is great more voltage to the fuel pump is applied,when the fuel demands are not need,limited amount of voltage is need to the fuel pump,Again once this code appears there no need to do a fuel presssure test,it will show up fine,the solution is to replace this sensor,
