i have replaced all 4 of my 02 sensors on my truck. after i replaced my sensors i started popping the codes and blowing my fuse for bank 1. i found online how to test the sensors and did so. they tested with in the appropriate voltage. I reinstalled them and changed the fuse cleared the code and started over. It keeps blowing the fuse. so i decided to look closer at the connections the precat sensor had a little bit of corrosion on the factory sensor when it took it out, but the connector look clean. the post cat alos looked clean. where else could this be grounding out at. this is killing my wallet at the pump.

                    thanks Mike

Looks like there is a short circuit on the wires from the O2 sensor to the fuse. Finding a short circuit is not easy, you have to follow the wire harness from the sensor to the fuse and try to find where is the damage.
