I got the engine code P0325 on my 1999 Nissan Quest 3.3L, will I be able to pass an emission test in Tennessee

You should be able to pass smog with the knock sensor code, but don't try to erase the code before going to the test. If the code is reset you may have to to drive you Quest for a few day before going to the test.
