Received p0135 code for 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L V8. what is the most likely problem and how much will it cost to repair?

Hi there,

There are several factors that are causing this code. It's not specific to and one of the O2 sensors, so if both are affected it's likely a fuse issue. If not, then the other issue could actually be the coolant temp sensor not working properly. You really need a scan tool that can see both of the senosrs working at the same time to determine if one is bad. If one is bad, then typically replacing it will resolve the issue.
