Code 430 still comes up after installing a new cat, the location of the holes for the 02 sensors are different from the original cat,would that also rough idle?

If you happened to replace the bank 1 converter by mistake, or the converter you got was for bank 1 it could be that is causing the issue. It's also possibe that would cause a rough idle if the bank 2 converter is still on the car and damaged.
