I got the code B2250 on my 2009 Lexus LX570 and the trunk doors is not open

Someone help me with this code? I have problem with my car..when I will open the trunk is automatic opened but when I close it by hand it s not working automatic so kindly I need the help

The B2250 code means that you have a problem with the back door operation. From my experience, the most likely cause of the problem is the Power Back Door Lock Assembly.
