My grandma's 2002 Nissan Altima (4 cyl, auto) came up with P0720, P1574 and P0328. I think P0328 happened because the car's radiator cracked while we were driving, but it didn't overheat. I already replaced the radiator. Can I just replace these sensors?

The turbine speed sensor code and the 1574 code will be repaired by replacing the revolution sensor on the side of the transmission most of the time. The 328 code is for the knock sensor and won't even turn the light on. If you replace the revolution sensor and clear the check engine light, it should resolve the problem for you.
