P0106 AND STABILITRAK ....ROUGH IDLE

Question

vEHICLE CAME IN FOR heater hose replace. Test drove vehicle normal conditions. Vehicle died ...result camshaft locator pin sheared off. Replaced cam/timing gears/ lifters map and maf snsors. Code P0106 BAROMETRIC PRESSURE. Engine rough idle and stabilitrak warning reset light will(dont know how to clear) Is there no D.T.C. for the stabilitrak? Also replaced throttle body and accelerator pedal ,,.....
