1999 Lexus GS300, code P0121 comes up, do I change Throttle Position Sensor/Switch and Pedal Position Sensor/Switch?

Hi there,

With this code you will only need to replace the TPS on the throttle body. The pedal sensor would not bring this code out. You might want to try cleaning up the connection on the throttle body first to try and resolve the code.
