would the po351 code have anything to do with timing belt change?

Question

was running good before timing belt change,pretty sure timing belt was done proper as i have done it before.just get this po351 code with all the symptoms. spark is good on no.1 cylinder

Did you reset the code?
check for a broken wire on the harness that gose to igniter

yes i reset but comes on again,cant find broken wire

Description
Each ignition primary circuit is continuosly monitored
The test fails when the PCM does not receive a valid IDM pulse signal from module(integrated in PCM)
Possible causes
open or short in ignition start/run circuit
open coil driver circuit in harness
coil drive circuit shorted to ground
damaged coil
damaged PCM
coil drive circuit shorted toPWR

what i did here was pulled the plug checked for spark when some one turned the engine over
