Bank 02 sensors P0430, catylic converter below threshold check engine light on

MY car has been buring excessive fuel for the past 3 months, check engine light is on, I changed two of four sensors, problem remains. diagnostic codes states Bank 02 sensor P0430, catylic converter below threshold.

You can check the harness for open or shorted or poor electrical connection. Hyundai has free service manuals so you can check the voltage specs there.
