what does P0345 pd mean?

Its a Ford F-150 2006 5.4L

This code is for a cam position sensor fault on bank 2 of the engine. Most common issue is the cam sensor itself. However if the timing is off it will also produce this code.

Thanks for the info!!!! But whats the PD after the code does that mean anything or is it just here for show?
PD simply means pending and is not actually a part of the code itself. :)
