P1349 TOYOTA - 2001 sienna

Question

Today, I was pulling in to a parking lot and as i was stopping, brake was not working as if the fluid was not there and I could smell oil burning. The engine was kind of vibrating noticibly. The power steering also seemed to have problem. Checked brake fluid and engine oil level was ok, My obdII tester showed p1349, and 300 in addition to three other catalytic converter related codes. I had a serpentine belt problem (squeaking noise) when starting engine. Any of these symptom might leads to the timing belt problem? Can you help. I have 210k miles on it..
