1999 Infiniti I30, can a bad knock sensor (P0325) throw other codes like P1320 code also?

The check engine light is on due to the P1320 code, The knock sensor code won't turn the light on. The factory repair for the 1320 is to replace all the ignition coils. This is the only way to resolve it because the car isn't smart enough to know which coil is causing the problem.

No, typically the knock sensor is bad on the car. The point really is that it won't cause the light to come on or hurt the drivability. So, you  could replace it, but because of the location it's usually not done.
