2007 Ford fusion. It has a rough idle but it goes away after a few min of just idleing. i have codes p0732 (gear 2 incorrect ratio), p0734 (gear 4 incorrect ratio), p0744 (tcc ckt intermittent), p0757 (ssb stuck on), and p0841 (trans. fluid pressure sensor/switch A ckt range/perfermance. What are my best options, can my old transmission be fixed, or would i be best to buy a used transmission to replace the old one, really cant afford a new one at the moment, and i know im taking a change buying a used one so i really dont know what to do??

I have a 2011 Mazda3 i Touring that i just bought two weeks ago and an independent repair shop said that I have a P0841 code and that the exhaust flex pipe is leaking. Can the pipe leaking cause that code to show up? And the code is showing up without the check engine light being on. Could that be typical for the engine light not being on with that code?
