On 2010 Kia Soul 2.0 auto. Have both P0170 and P0449. Happened at the same time after the fuel pump was changed. Triple checked the wiring and hoses that were riches for replacement. Appreciate any direction. Thank you

Have you tried clearing the codes?
Unfortunately, I haven't had that problem before, my only suggestion is to check the Canister Close Valve (CCV) and the filter which is attached to the valve (marked by the yellow arrow on the image). In theory the CCV could set both codes.
