I used the VSV swtich in place of the switch on top of the Charcoal Canister on my 1997 Toyota Rav4 and even though they look a bit different they actually do the same thing and have the same amount of ports so I bolted it up tonight and I cleared the code and I drove it around town for a bit and no more light = :-) I turned a $500 plus repair into a $30 repair for I already had a good VSV in the garage for I've had a few go out already so I was waiting...little did I know I was gonna use it to save some BIG $$$$...but your mileage may vary ;-) L8R, Michael
