Code U1467 Chrysler Description

The purpose of the diagnostic is to check the validity of the selected driving position. The driving position is received from two different Controller Area Network (CAN) BUS signals. If both signals are invalid because of any of the monitored CAN failures (time-out, checksum, alive counter, signal invalid) this fault is set to indicate that the driving position can not be determined. The failure is detected by the Transmission Control Module (TCM) if the CAN monitoring detects any failure on both driving position signals of the two CAN BUS signals.
