The monitor for this error detects disturbances on the J1939 Data Link which contains the following nodes: VG Turbocharger, O2 Sensor Module and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). When the PCM detects a significant number of data link disturbances are present on the J1939 Data Link, the PCM software will temporarily disable the data link and restart it to try and re-establish a good data link.
