Where is the Chrysler 300 Transmission Po743 Torque Convertor solenoid located on car?

that code is either a poor connection at the transmission electrical connector on right front of trans case.Check the plug that is on the passengers side of the transmission on the front corner of the case just above the pan

 

The problem will be in the valve body is its not the wiring. #9 is the TCC solenoid the Torque Converter Lock-up Solenoid contacts need to check the at pins 6 and 11 of the Valvebody connector. A good resistance reading across pins 6 and 11 is 2.35-2.65 Ohms. Have a transmission specialist look some other small stuff might also need to be replaced
