1999 Lexus ES300 V6 with engine code p1346 after replacing the timing belt 5 months ago, but the car runs perfectly.

Hi there

This code is for the variable intake timing control solenoid. This probably doesn't have anything to do with the timing belt, but more then likely could be as simple as low oil causing the issue or the VVT solenoid itself. Sometimes if a cam sensor stops reading you will get this code as well.
