P0016 & P0028 CHRYSLER -

Question

I have a 2003 Town & Country Lx. The battery was drained every morning so we bought a new battery. Still the same problem, we have to jump it every morning.
The engine light is on, and is ideling really bad, so we had Advance Auto check it, they said we needed a PCV valve and a Coolant temp. sensor. Bought both and had them put in. Idel is better but the engine light is still on and battery is still drained.
Had them check it again and it came back codes 16 & 18.

Anyone have any suggestions, or are we gonna have to keep replacing sensors on this van?
