Are there any other checks I should perform before replacing the ECM

Question

2000 : #1 cyl injector flooding: multiple cyl missfire code. Checked #1cyl injector harness, results: Engine cold: 12v ign on 10v cranking: neg/ground wire 10ohms ign off 3.6ohms ign on 3.4-4.2ohms cranking: meter set to 20k. Disconnected harness from ecm= no continuity on ground wire. Are there any other checks I should perform before replacing the ECM
