What is the possible cause and fix for the P0461 code on my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country?

Hi there,

This code is for the fuel level sensor circuit not changing after a long period of driving. Basically the fuel level sending unit inside the gas tank isn't changing the fuel level. This can be an issue with the sensor itself or the wiring from the sending unit to the computer.
