why is the code p0234 coming up when engine management light comes on

Question

had my skoda fabia vrs remapped and after turbo went which garage machanic said will probs happan as my turbo was on its way out. but now new onw has been fitted i still get the engine managment light coming on, and its turbo/supercharger over boost conditionn CODES:P0234, does this mean i need my remap doing again. im also getting the sound of air leaking out of the pipes to and from my turbo could this also course the P0234 fault code to be on my diagnostics reader
