C1226 - Vauxhall insignia keeps putting this code up,is it wheel spin or brake light??

Question

C1226 keeps putting my engine light on,when read by a scanner this is the code it put up,prob is when I goggle it it gives me two answers,wheel speed and brakes circuit,but surly if it was wheel speed my abs light would come on.
