P0715 & P0717 - overdrive lite is still flashing, trans is shifting and jerking when it changes gears.

I have a 2007 Escape, I've changed the turbine shift speed sensor, overdrive lite is still flashing, trans is still shifting and jerking when it changes gears. My husband is going thru chemo & I've already wasted $100. any ideas how to fix. I can't afford to waste any more money. Took it to autozone, got same2 codes P0715 & P0717
