2008 Toyota Sienna with code P0136 O2 sensor, how do I fix the code?

Hi there,

This code is referring to the rear O2 sensor on bank 2. If the engine in your van is the 4 cyl, then this is the sensor AFTER the converter. With the V6 engine, it's the sensor AFTER the converter on bank 2.
