On my 2005 Nissan Frontier, do this code means I have to change the catalytic converter? I have the engine codes P0420 and P0430

Typically it does, and you actually have codes for the left and right bank. If the truck has less then 80,000 miles, this is under warranty and the dealer will repair it at no charge.
