2001 Toyota Rav4 2.0L I keep getting to lean codes on my v309 scanner I took the catalytic converter off and soaked it overnight which looked very clean before soaking it I've checked for vacuum leaks, and I have replaced the TPS the 02 sensors idle air cleaner fuel injectors changed plugs coil packs mass airflow sensor air filter and I'm still getting them to lean. Codes, please help thanks in advance

Those two codes can sometimes be difficult to diagnose. I checked a national database of repairs for any possible solutions, besides the most common one that you have already tried, but I couldn't find anything relevant. My only suggestion is to double-check for vacuum leaks (especially around or in the brake booster), run another fuel injector cleaner, and if possible, decarbonize the engine. Excessive carbon buildup can soak up the fuel and sometimes trigger a lean code.
