Where is the TCM located for a 2004 Cadillac Escalade 5.3L?

I have an issue with my trans. 2004 Cadillac Escalade 5.3L speed shifting gears. No codes when scanned. Replaced filter and solenoids and fluid. Still no shifting. The only other option I can see would be the TCM. Am I correct in this assumption?

My suggestion is to have a transmission shop inspect the transmission; I doubt the TCM will suddenly fail. Here is the location of the TCM:
