1997 Buick Century 3.1L with engine code P1652. What does the code really mean and how can I fix this problem? thank you!

Hi there

This code means there is an issue with the cooling fan relay for relay #2. Usually, this is a wiring issue to the relay. This can however be caused by a problem with the fan or relay as well.
