High rpm 1700 at cold engine. It then gets back to 1000 rpm when the engine is warm. The rpm increases itself without accelerating, while idle or in motion.

I would start by clearing all the codes, cleaning the throttle body, cleaning the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor, and replacing the air filter.
