After an improperly done oil change (filter was not properly seated), oil sprayed all over the engine compartment. After this, I had error codes for the power steering, VSA traction control, check engine and TPSM. A DTC scan showed P0341 (camshaft position sensor incorrect phase detected) and U0401-68 (Invalid data received from ECM/PCM) error codes. This is for a 2016 Honda CRV EX (AWD). Is it possible/likely all of these issues are caused by a faulty ECM?

It's possible but unlikely. I suggest checking the Camshaft Position Sensor and ECM connectors. Make sure the connectors are clean a free of debris. Do you have any other symptoms? How long have you driven your vehicle after the incident?
