This means the circuit for the fuel injector or the fuel injector itself caused a misfire on cylinder #2. You need to check the fuel injector resistance and the wiring from the pcm to the fuel injector for problems. I would swap #2 injector with the one next to it and see if the misfire code moves with it. If it does, then you know the issue is the injector.
