P1768 HONDA - Blinking "D4", Jerks when shifting, Low Power. How do I fix this?

My 99 honda civic ex has shifting problems. The d4 light is blinking and jerks when shifting from park to reverse to d4 but shifts fine when going to neutral and d3 d2 or L.
Triend changing all the shift solenoid and linear solenoid.

This code is for the a/t clutch pressure control valve. This issue would be inside the transmission on the valve body. This is usually the result of a faulty valve.
