Engine and esc light remain on after replacing alternator. 2009 Lexus IS250 V6

Engine and esc light still on after repair and new battery. mechanic said it was the alternator and replaced it but the lights are still on after 200 additional miles. I used a code reader and got C1241 low battery positive voltage, p0101 MAF Circuit, p0175 fuel mixture imbalance, p0172 system too rich, and c1201 abs inlet valve coil LF circuit short to ground. C1241 was there before the repair and the other ones are new.
