Can't get out of reduced engine power after replacing p2138, p2125,p1125 2005 pontiac g6 3500 v6

Question

After replacing radiator fan and condenser, and liquids refilled, tried to start engine and it went into engine reduced power mode with a steady check engine light and service engine light. Scanned codes were P2138, P2125, P1125. I replaced accelerator pedal, replaced throttle body actuator TPS, cleaned connections, replaced battery and no change.
